60 Minute Return Client Session

Service Description

After our initial 90 minute session, we can start getting into the nitty gritty of digging for beliefs. These sessions are around 60 minutes and we are able to really dig and get to bottom beliefs, or do a session to build your tools to help when you are having a trigger! Are you suffering from an ailment? Is there a pattern you are aware of, but don't know why it's there? Do you keep getting triggered by the same thing with a fairly extreme reaction? We can look at any of these and find bottom beliefs, to allow for freedom and health! We can look at ways to soothe yourself when there are triggers, and can thank them for showing you areas in your life where you aren't free. Book a session now, and feel more freedom and well-being in your life!
