If you are new to ThetaHealing, you are invited to begin with a free 15-minute Intuitive Reading and breakthrough call. During this session, we identify potential energetic blocks, areas of the body seeking healing, and subconscious beliefs that may be influencing your life. We will also explore your goals, answer questions, and clarify how I can best support you on your healing journey.

Using ThetaHealing, Shamanic Healing, energy work, and collaboration with your own intuition, this call offers clarity and direction—supporting a return to greater balance, health, purpose, and inner alignment.

Your First 90-Minute ThetaHealing Session

Your first full session is a 90-minute foundational healing designed to establish safety, receptivity, and deep energetic alignment. This session may include:

• Intuitive scanning to identify energetic blocks

• Core belief work and subconscious clearing

• Soul healing and energy clearing

• Support in receiving love, healing, and nourishment

We work in a theta brainwave state, connecting to Source consciousness, where deep healing and belief change can occur. Sessions are intuitive and guided by what is most present and supportive for you in the moment. We also work with your intuition alongside this process, strengthening inner trust and intuitive awareness.

Following your session, rest is encouraged as the body, mind, and energy integrate the shifts. These changes may feel subtle at first, but they often result in increased emotional freedom, reduced reactivity, and greater vitality and sovereignty in daily life. Many clients experience this work as a blend of therapeutic support and medical intuitive insight.

Ongoing 60-Minute Sessions (Bi-Monthly or As Needed)

With ongoing 60-minute sessions, we deepen the work and support lasting transformation. Together, we identify and release subconscious belief systems that may be influencing your patterns, relationships, health, or sense of purpose.

Each session may include:

• Intuitive scanning for energetic and subconscious blocks

• Deep belief work (“digging”)

• Energy clearing and healing downloads

• Intuitive development and Source connection

Beliefs may originate from this lifetime, ancestral lines, collective consciousness, or soul-level experiences. With continued support and dedication, we work at the root level to create meaningful and lasting change - allowing you to step more fully into a life aligned with your true path.

Cord cutting is a supportive energetic process used to release unhealthy or outdated energetic attachments to people, experiences, or patterns.
